REFUND / RETURN POLICY

1. Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date to be eligible for a refund.

2. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags and packaging. Returns showing signs of use or customer-caused damage will not be eligible for a full refund.

Refunds for error-free, pre-approved items will be issued to the original payment method, covering only the item price (shipping costs are non-refundable).

4. Returns for Defective or Incorrect Items
If the item you received is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery and provide a photo or video clearly showing the issue. Once verified, we offer the following resolution options:
  1. Free Replacement – We send you a flawless replacement at no additional cost.

  2. Partial Refund – You receive a 50% refund and keep the item (offered for minor issues only).

  3. Full Refund – You receive a full refund after you confirm return shipping of the item in its original condition.

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Note: A damaged shipping box alone does not qualify as item damage if the product itself is unharmed. Such items may still be returned in new condition within the 30-day window (see Article 1).

6. Refund Processing

After your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.

7.Refunds for Worn or Damaged Returns

If the returned item is not in acceptable condition, the refund may be partially reduced or declined.

  • Option A: Return the item to you (shipping at your expense).

  • Option B: You may forgo return shipping, and we will retain the item.

  • Option C: We may offer a partial refund or store credit as a gesture of goodwill.

8. Exchanges

To exchange for another size or color, contact customer service. Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs (see Article 1).

9. Non-Refundable Items

Final sale, clearance, and discounted items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

10. How to Start a Return
